A Snapshot of Your Day
Central role in Project team to coordinate our internal / external technical documentations, Create and maintain the technical handbook for Gas turbine package which effectively support Engineering, Assembly and testing at working, installation and commissioning at site and operation and maintenance after PAC.

How You’ll Make an Impact
As the Gas turbine Technical Information specialist, the responsibilities include Project coordination, Compiling author of handbooks, technical author of technical instructions and sub supplier documentation handling.
  • Project Coordination includes:Work with Project Core team such as PM, PQM, Engineering, workshop and site, to config the customer documentation delivery schedule according to contract and ensure those documentation are delivered on time. Work as contact to customer for engineering documentation delivery and commenting.
  • Compling Author includes:Config and compile the technical documentation into operation and maintenance manual, Engineering binder for Assembly/test in workshop and installation/commissioning at site.
  • Technical Author includes:Create Technical instructions on how to operate and maintain gas turbine auxiliary system base on standard configurations.
  • Sub supplier documentation handling:Ensure the engineering/assembly/operation documentation from sub suppliers are collected and proper uploaded in required IT system, help engineering to review and comment those documents and finally approve those documents in SE engineering database.
  • Optimization of documentation handling:Optimize documentation handling process in Local/global project, ensure smooth information transition across internal and external parties.
what you bring 
• Bachelor degree in IT technology or Engineering is preferred.
• 3~5 years’ experience in IT department or Technical department, good at handling complex project documentation.
• Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
• Self-motivated with strong customer focus
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens Energy values
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in English and in Chinese and to interface with in a wide range of organizations both internally and externally.
