Snapshot Of Your Day

As our new Working Student, you will be a part of an international team in the Equipment organization, where teamplay matters.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Worker to join our dynamic Engineering team located in Gdansk. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with internal stakeholders and participate in a variety of administrative tasks that are vital to our operations.

How You'll Contribute
  • Support team leads and Expert with their daily tasks
  • Support marine and engineering related assignments
  • Provide administrative support with Sharepoint activities and guidelines
  • Make presentations / slides, Excel support, Power apps, power automate, RPA
  • Assist in meetings and workshops (e.g. planning, facilitation and minutes of meetings) 
  • Ad hoc tasks 
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree student, preferably in the first semester in business administration, energy systems, naval, engineering or similar with a structured and service minded mentality
  • Proactive and flexible self-starter with an eye for details
  • Fluent in English both written and verbally 
  • Master Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point and Power Apps and great analytical and research skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, together with communication skills to interact with stakeholders
  • Available to support us 10-15 hours per week
