A Snapshot of Your Day 

This role is crucial for the Finance community as it significantly enhances the quality and usage of project reporting through the implementation and optimization of ProjectDash, ensuring its impactful contribution to future financial insights and decision-making.  

You will join a motivated, international team that values open discussions and diverse opinions, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Driving project reporting and monitoring requirements based on experience and know-how of project accounting as well as ensuring portfolio views / project reviews for Division Management for especially most critical projects: Coordinate project selection, specify mandatory requirements (e.g. based on Project DAsh data), etc. 
  • Securing project related reporting for Management meetings (e.g. Top / Bottom project report for MOR based on Project DAsh data, Top 30 projects for EY) 
  • Actively drive the PM tool Project DAsh for Division Generation (global unified solution tool with integrated forecasting and reporting application & unified global data from different sources centrally stored & standardized), flexible reports via “Analysis for Office"  
  • Further development of ProjectDAsh (detailed understanding, elaboration and reworking of change requests (e.g. mapping issues) together with Business Units and Commercial Project Managers)  
  • Driving Project DAsh community with all BU coordinators to fully support operational implementation, present status report to Management and communicate to all stakeholders, e.g. good cooperation with Corporate partners for Project Dash 
  • Project DAsh community includes Single point of contact to discuss processual requirements and adjustments, aligning required changes in GEN before addressing changes to the overall Control Change Board (CCB) as well as participating in cross divisional meetings & provide professional advice on GEN 
  • Actively supporting activities related to data quality (e.g. follow-up on open tickets, close data mapping for e.g. assets / FCF), supporting testing activities related to functional changes and changes in data structure as well as training of BU-Coordinators / Key user community regarding new tool reports / functionalities 
What You Bring
  • University degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance / Accounting or similar combined with professional working experience 
  • Deep experience in the field of project management and controlling as well as experience in project accounting / project controlling of large projects (collected over more years) 
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills. German skills preferable
  • Communication skills for e.g. management presentations, team building capabilities for heterogenous teams, as well as the ability to deal with people and to steer a team interactively 
  • Personal strengths in Business Results Orientation, collaborating & influencing, intercultural sensitivity, team development and value orientation 
  • Experience in customer orientation, change management, strategic-innovative orientation and leadership
