Join our dynamic team, where you will play an important role in the Sales team to serve our existing customers and develop new opportunities / market areas with winning offers and by taking ownership for customers needs. Our products, solutions, and services are highly esteemed, innovative, and applied within the industry to effectively propel the energy transition. Accuracy, ownership and a pro-active attitude founded on a good technical know-how and eagerness to develop yourself, will support you and the team to achieve even more successes in the market.
 
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • By understanding the technical and commercial needs, you take the responsibility for the preparation of smart offers that exactly fit to the demands.
  • By actively promoting our Digital Grid portfolio in combination with our Services where you will identify and approach potential new customers and market opportunities.
  • Collaboration and clear communication with Sales support, Project managers, our factories and others to ensure the successful bid strategy.
  • With your pro-active approach you scan the market looking for opportunities with existing customers as well as new possibilities in areas that need to be developed.
  • By actively sharing your market know-how you support the development of the organization.
  • Engage in continuous learning to deepen your technical knowledge in High Voltage Products, Solutions, Storage, Services and Digital Grid.
What You Bring
  • Academic background in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in the electricity or transmission sector.
  • Proficient in communication in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and understand complex information.
  • A market driven and sales orientated approach and an open communicator.
  • Open approach and willingness to develop for your next career steps e.g. with support of our learning programs.
