A Snapshot of Your Day
•Testing operation and report preparing. 测试操作及测试报告准备。

How You’ll Make an Impact 
•Responsible for product testing according to the test plan and test plan, as well as the monitor's arrangement 
负责按照试验方案和试验计划，以及班长的安排进行产品的试验
•Fill in test records in time and ensure the correctness and integrity of test records
及时填写试验记录，并保证试验记录的正确性和完整性
•Timely issue test report
 及时出具试验报告
•Assist WS, TD, Q&BE, MT to solve quality problems in production
协助车间、技术部、质量部、工艺部解决生产中的质量问题
•Assist to investigate customer quality complaints, deal with product quality incidents on site or provide support and help for customer quality problems if necessary
协助调查客户质量投诉，必要时现场处理产品质量事故或为客户质量问题提供支持与帮助
•Daily workplace site management and safety behavior implementation 
日常工作场所的现场管理和安全行为执行  
•Focus: Product test accuracy (error and leak detection) ，Product test timeliness (man-hour utilization rate) ，Customer complaint rate，Improve target completion rate 
关注产品试验准确性（错漏检）、产品试验及时率（工时利用率）、客户投诉率、改进目标完成率这些指标
•Provide continuous improvement advice on product technology, process and quality
对产品技术、工艺和质量提供持续改进性意见
•Take other work tasks that assigned by teamleader/manager.
完成其它组长/部门经理分配的任务。

What You Bring
•College Diploma or above 大专或以上学历
•Power Electricity or Electrical Engineering related majors电力或电气相关专业
•Experience in Power transformer testing is preferred  有电力变压器测试经验者优先
•EHS Knowledge 有安全意识
•Ownership 有主人翁精
