                                        A Snapshot of Your Day
•Responsible for the quality control of product realization relevant process, to ensure the product's quality meets all requirements, manage the nonconformities in the product realization process, improve the quality performance of manufacturing process.
How You’ll Make an Impact 
•Develop and maintain quality control plans based on quality strategies and product characteristics and ensure its effective implementation.
•Monitor and measure the production process, perform quality inspection and tests, detect and correct deviations, and prevent nonconforming products.
•Identify quality problems and solve them quickly to ensure the stability of the production process.
•Systematic analysis of quality problems in the production process, identify the root causes and implement improvement measures to continuously improve product quality.
•Provide quality-related training to employees to improve their quality awareness and skills.
•Other related work arranged by manager.
What You Bring
•Bachelor's degree or above.
•Above 3 years of relevant experience as a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
•Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, strong problem-solving abilities. 
•Communication Skill: Advanced (Good English skills in speaking).
•Quality Function & Methods: Advanced.
•Consistent Learning: Advanced.
