In this role, you will manage and analyze financial results for regional entities, ensuring accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting while providing mentorship on financial reporting guidelines. You will collaborate with accounting teams on compliance matters, support ad-hoc analyses, and contribute to performance reporting and digitalization initiatives in financial controlling.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage and analyze financial results for regional entities, focusing on revenue, costs, project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
• Lead all aspects of month-end and year-end forecasting, planning, and closing processes, including budget preparation and variance reporting for multiple regional entities.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, acting as an advisor to CPMs and regional management on financial reporting guidelines (FRGs).
• Collaborate with accounting colleagues on new or revised FRGs and assess their impact on the business.
• Support the team with ad-hoc analyses, special requests, and contribute to conceptual and project work related to financial controlling.
• Perform regular business performance reporting, including critical metrics, and assist in digitalization efforts within financial controlling and reporting processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field; certification from recognized accounting bodies (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related role within a multinational company.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience with SAP FI-CO is advantageous.
• Knowledge of compliance and internal controls frameworks, as well as IFRS standards.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with various teams across different functions and regions; analytical approach with strong planning and self-learning abilities; open to travel.
