How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive the execution of electrical and control system projects from tender to completion
• Take full responsibility for project performance—technical, commercial, and contractual
• Lead and motivate diverse project teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Build strong relationships with customers and subcontractors through clear communication
• Monitor risks and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards
• Present key decisions and progress updates to senior management and steering committees

What You Bring

• A degree in electrical, automation, or power systems engineering
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in control systems
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC) and risk management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures
• Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, Primavera P6) and fluent in Danish and English
• Flexibility to travel and a proactive mindset for driving projects forward

You will become part of a highly skilled and collaborative team based in Denmark, consisting of 10 experienced project managers and a strong group of control engineers. We work in close partnership with global colleagues across Siemens Energy, which means you’ll interact with experts in engineering, procurement, finance, and tender management from different countries and cultures.
