In this role, you’ll coordinate stakeholders, contribute to solution development, and ensure timely fulfilment of all warranty commitments. You’ll also help maintain strong customer relationships and drive activities that support successful project closure and final acceptance. Acting with ownership, you’ll make daytoday decisions and escalate key topics when necessary.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify and communicate risks, variations, and opportunities in collaboration with Warranty Project Managers and Commercial Management.
  • Support customer meetings by addressing technical queries, design risks, and discussions related to assigned warranty scopes.
  • Contribute to successful project delivery and customer satisfaction in line with contractual requirements.
  • Provide effective stakeholder management throughout the full warranty lifecycle, ensuring timely decisions and escalating issues when needed.
  • Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Procurement teams, while promoting a feedback culture and lessons learned.

What You Bring

  • PM accreditation is preferred, or a clear commitment and development plan toward achieving it.
  • HNC/HND or degree in a relevant discipline (preferably electrical engineering), with substantial site or project engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of substation civil, primary plant, and secondary (light current) systems, along with understanding of commercial and contractual processes.
  • Familiarity with CDM 2015, health & safety requirements, and environmental considerations, paired with effective leadership and supervisory abilities.
