- Overall leadership and accountability for high-complexity factory capacity projects including integrated delivery of multiple project scopes at a single site
- End-to-end ownership from planning and feasibility through construction, commissioning, ramp-up and handover to operations
- Leadership in a matrix organization leveraging PMO Implementation Assurance Expert Support and Training functions with full accountability for outcomes
- Integration and governance of all workstreams with clear ownership aligned priorities and disciplined execution across technical operational and organizational interfaces
- Establishment of strong project governance including change management claim management and adherence to safety quality schedule and budget standards
- Alignment with business and operational readiness through stakeholder engagement effective decision making seamless handover and stable production ramp-up
- Minimum 15 years of project management experience with a proven record of delivering highly complex multi-workstream industrial projects
- Strong background in industrial and manufacturing construction including facilities development equipment installation commissioning and ramp-up
- Demonstrated capability to deliver end-to-end turnkey solutions integrating construction equipment hiring training qualification and operational readiness
- Experience leading large and complex project scopes including combined or program-like delivery at a single site
- Proven effectiveness in matrix organizations with ability to influence without direct authority and hold teams accountable to commitments
- Solid command of large-scale project governance including change management claim management cost and schedule control risk and opportunity management and performance reporting
