A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Developer for Steam Turbine Service, you will engage in optimizing steam turbine configurations to meet customer needs while evaluating turbine conditions on-site. Your expertise in thermodynamic evaluation and project development will be crucial in coordinating with the engineering team and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Project Developer Steam Turbine Service - Modifications and Upgrades
- Customer Consulting - Optimization of steam turbine configuration according to customer needs
- Evaluation of steam turbine condition on site (optionally trouble shooting)
- Thermodynamic evaluation and optimization of steam turbines and heat balances
- Development of modification projects in steam turbines and steam turbine power plants with Sales
- Technical coordination of engineering team to create studies and resulting proposals
- Creation of reports for engineering studies and customer presentations
- Specification of scope of supply for cost calculation and Sales
- Commenting and negotiation of customer specifications
- Engineering Degree (Dipl.Ing. / Bachelor / Master) in Mechanical engineering or similar
- Longstanding experience in steam turbine design, configuration, services or system engineering in powerplants
- Experience in thermodynamic calculation on steam turbines design and heat balances in powerplants
- Fluent in German and English
- 30% of working time may involve international traveling and customer consulting on site
