How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and improve process workflows.
• Monitor and analyze order data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address inquiries, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of new order management systems and tools to optimize operations.
• Contribute to team meetings and projects, sharing insights and best practices to drive collective success.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in order management or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in order processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in order management software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
