We are looking for Deputy Maintenance Manager for the Khormala Power Plant that is operated & maintained by SE for the owner our customer KAR Group.

You will be acting as the Maintenance Manager´s right hand.

You will be acting as Maintenance Manager, leading the maintenance team in real time when the maintenance manager is not on site.

You need to be able to act confidently in the face of any unforeseen maintenance related events.

You are a main contact towards the customer and need to be able to communicate and act accordingly representing the project and the company on a regular basis.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Responsible for providing high standard service and maintenance to the client according to O&M agreement, long term strategic planning of maintenance activities, timely response on any plant problems, support in organizing and monitoring of project organization                                            
• Organize and coordinate resources of the maintenance department, prioritize activities to ensure plant maintenance in accordance to the work plans and work orders
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with laws and regulations
• Support in establishing and coordinating a safety and health system with relevant training to all staff, guidelines and procedures
• Organize and coordinate required technical training to enhance the professional skills of the maintenance team
• Maintain a close client contact, provide reports in time and support Station Manager to fulfill client requests and propose improvements of the power plant system design where applicable
• Follow internal processes and procedures to achieve the maintenance requirements and monitor their implementation, actively support their continuous improvement
• Support the establishment and the maintenance of the international management systems according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001
