A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Learning Specialist at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will be a key member of the global learning department, Wind University. Your day will involve investigating, defining, developing, and delivering various global learning activities. You will set standards for best LMS solutions, support the development of new processes, and run improvement projects. Collaborating with local and global learning partners, you will ensure effective learning management and contribute to the continuous growth of our organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Establish and uphold best practices for LMS solutions, driving the creation and refinement of new learning delivery processes.
• Lead improvement projects while advising and supporting local and global learning partners and stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance to key users and colleagues on learning delivery processes, helping to resolve challenges related to learning delivery.
• Deliver engaging trainings and workshops on our Learning Qualification Management System (LQMS).
• Support the rollout and execution of major training initiatives across the organization.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of practical experience working with LMS platforms and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Insight into the complexities and challenges of a global organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective dialogue across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Proven project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivering results on time and within scope.
• In-depth system knowledge, curiosity to explore every feature, and experience working with data and analytics.
• Solid digital learning skills and a structured mindset focused on standardization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
