A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Head of High Voltage Power Transformer Offer and Order Management at the new Siemens Energy Transformers Repair Center Factory in Linz, Austria, this role will play a pivotal part in establishing and leading the offer and order management team. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive unit. Additionally, accountability for managing the offer and order management processes will be essential to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Establish and lead a high-performing team that aligns with the factory’s operational objectives.
  • Ensure visibility and provide comprehensive support to customers regarding offerings and order execution.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster collaboration with regional sales, engineering, manufacturing, and financial teams to ensure flawless coordination and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the configuration and implementation of CRM and ERP systems tailored to the specific needs of the factory.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency while upholding Siemens Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • A solid 10 years of experience in a relevant business area.
  • Proven leadership experience in offer and order management within the transformers manufacturing or industrial sector, demonstrating a successful track record in team building and leadership.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a focus on developing and implementing effective process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing a customer-centric approach, with fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is preferred; candidates not currently residing in the Linz area must be prepared to relocate.

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 64.734,18 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
