Join us as the Head of Global Industry Development (m/f/d) for Process Industries, where you will provide strategic direction and leadership in project and market development. Imagine driving cross-regional sales activities within the EAD (Electrification - Automation – Digitalization) Business while continuously improving our approach to the market. You will initiate and oversee team development, steering marketing activities and sales processes to ensure we meet our ambitious goals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our business and fostering long-term relationships with key customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define and implement the Process Industry development strategy in alignment with the overall EAD business strategy, ensuring operational excellence
• Collaborate with customers, business development, and product management to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions that deliver significant customer benefits
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with core customers at a senior level, enhancing long-term relationships and driving business growth
• Guide customer-facing teams in developing strategic sales skills through training and mentoring, ensuring they are equipped to meet future challenges
• Oversee the continual improvement of processes and methodologies, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  
  

What You Bring

• You have a degree in Engineering or other relevant subject area experience of 15+ years
• You love leading and connecting people, transforming cultures and shifting businesses into new growth fields
• You have strong business acumen with a good sense for future markets, our core industry and understanding customer value drivers and how to capture and monetize them
• You have a track record in building high performance teams, and you find lean solutions to complex challenges leading to the best result for our company as a whole
• You successfully built and led process design teams in the past
• Representing the business at executive level is nothing new for you as well as trustfully connecting with partners and customers
• A state-of-the art approach to virtual collaboration is your strength and you use lean approaches to implement strategies and create followers in a matrix organization
• You make no compromises in Employee Health and Safety, Compliance and good leadership practices

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 119.561,26 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
