The Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, prioritize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Organizational and product knowledge to develop cost models in the large gas turbine business based on details of the final negotiated project provided by the marketing group. These cost models outline financial data of major parts in the gas turbine and their rotation during the life cycle of the project.
- Collaborate with product owners to Develop product specific hypothetical what-if cost modeling scenarios to compare cost changes if current project conditions are altered and present these results to upper management. These analyses are performed to evaluate commercial viability of a project in the given scenario.
- Communicate business needs to the development team and strategic objectives so that the tool is aligned with senior management objectives.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and Alteryx workflows.
- Create adhoc reports based on Financial management needs by understanding product data structure across the SAP and Oracle landscapes. Must also have a business understanding to be able to create reports that are business relevant.
What You Bring
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Finance Degree with a proven understanding of data structures. Usually an MBA alongside the technical degree
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in data visualization, data analytics.
- Proficient with SAP, Tableau , SQL , Alteryx .
- Must be proficient in presenting to large groups and be comfortable with training project managers on PMO specific application.
- High degree of English fluency.
