job description:
- Preparation: Plan factfinding activities, including deadlines and staffing.
- Assessment: Evaluate operational stress and fatigue on assembly parts and components.
- Supervision: Oversee assembly personnel and determine necessary disassembly work.
- Disconnections: Arrange and verify necessary grid disconnections.
- Implementation: Conduct factfinding per checklists, corrective actions, and technical info letters.
- Evaluation: Analyze results and assign follow-up procedures.
- Testing: Perform nondestructive material testing (eddy current, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, etc.).
- Updating: Revise inspection/factfinding specs with relevant departments.
- Damage Analysis: Conduct damage factfinding and determine causes.
- Customer Interaction: Prepare and conduct customer meetings.
- Reporting: Compile factfinding reports.
Customer Advisories / Training and Documentation:
- Maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide professional instruction to employees.
- Ensure industrial safety compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Mechanical engineer
- Experience: Knowledge of rotating equipment in power stations is a plus.
- Certification: Internal certificate required after training in Germany and on-the-job training at various sites.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically within Israel; potential international travel as part of a global organization.
- A high level of Hebrew and English is necessary
