A Snapshot of your day

As Field Operations Support Specialist, you support the Project Installation & Commissioning Manager (Project-ICM) Team, with all activities related to Manpower mobilization/demobilization required for Installation and Commissioning activities of multiple projects within Region Middle East. 

As such you build up a strong Alliance with the internal Siemens Energy Field Service organization, External 3rd party manpower suppliers and with the different Client Site teams.

You will be part of the Installation & Commissioning Team located for the Region Middle East in our Dammam facility in Saudi Arabia.

How You Will Make an Impact

• You make yourself familiar and follow Project specific Safety regulations that must be adhered to on the project site. (Contractual regulations, HSE-guidelines, First Aid facilities, etc.)
• You safeguard that for each mobilization all local required certifications and permits are in place to commence the full scope of work to be carried out.  
• You support the Project-ICM’s in their daily work with activities such as brief-de-brief coordination, maintain the Formal Site Client interface regarding Manpower, maintain the Manpower Requests towards the Field Service Organization, monitor the Manpower assignments and travel arrangements, Collect the Daily/Weekly reports and Timesheets. 
• Support where required the Field Service organization with Visa, Work-permit and Travel Arrangements (Invitation Letter, Travel and Accommodation Recommendations, advice in local travel arrangements in case of regional/in-country travel restrictions etc.)

What You Bring

• Shown track record of minimum one (1) year in a similar role.
• Handle personnel documentation with confidentiality, including restricted CVs, passport copies, and medical records.
• Experience in additional (safety) training requirements as per client and region requirement (H2S, IF+)
• Familiar with latest On- and Off-shore Project Site Access and Admission Compliance regulations and certification (OPITO-BOER, CA-EDBA, H2S, MIST, CSE, OPITO- Bosiet or T-Bosiet).
• Proven Strong Team player skills with Cross regional teams involved.
• Verbal and written communication in English, fluent in the local regional language (would be an advantage).
