How You’ll Make an Impact
• Act as an expert in drivetrain topology, gearbox, and bearings technologies for wind turbines, scouting and identifying new suppliers in China
• Support and strengthen the qualification of ongoing and potential new suppliers in China together with teams in Denmark, Spain and India
• Understand failure modes and gather lesson learnt in wind power industry, and effectively transfer insights to design teams
• Contribute to and influence the roadmap of drivetrain design for future onshore and offshore turbine products, leveraging insights from local OEMs and suppliers
• Establish a map of possible testing capacity within China, for cost optimized validation of design for drive train, bearings and gearboxes.
• Build collaboration with suppliers and academia to enhance knowledge on grease and sealing system for optimized performance of wind turbines Onshore and Offshore
• Coordinate supplier quality assurance activities with local supplier quality engineers
• Support to NCR assessment and processes
• Report directly to the Head of Nacelle Technology in Denmark

- 梳理搭建中国区域测试能力资源图谱,为传动链、轴承及齿轮箱的设计验证提供高性价比的解决方案
- 与供应商及科研院校建立深度合作,深耕润滑脂与密封系统技术研究,助力提升陆上、海上风机的运行性能
- 与本地供应商质量工程师协同开展工作,统筹推进供应商质量保障相关事宜
- 为不合格品报告(NCR)的评估与处理全流程提供技术支持
- 直接向丹麦总部的机舱技术部门负责人汇报工作
What You Bring
● Technical Engineering degree, min. B.Sc. with min. 8 years of relevant professional experience. Experience with craftsmanship of large steel parts is an advantage
● Strong mechanical understanding combined with good engineering judgment suitable for an R&D environment. Wind turbine knowledge is an advantage
● Practical experience with mechanical design and testing as well as production experience in-house and externally with suppliers
● Familiar with both GB and IEC standards in relation to mechanical components
● Experienced in teamwork and coordination with local and international teams
● Proactive mindset and ownership attitude to your tasks with ability to operate in cross-functional environment
● Fluent English and Chinese skills both in oral and writing

- 机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历,拥有至少 8 年相关工作经验;具备大型钢结构件制造工艺相关经验者优先。
- 具备扎实的机械专业知识,拥有符合研发工作要求的优秀工程判断能力;具备风机相关专业知识者优先。
- 拥有机械设计、产品测试的实操经验,同时具备企业内部生产及对接外部供应商的生产协同经验。
- 熟悉与机械零部件相关的中国国家标准(GB)及国际电工委员会标准(IEC)。
- 拥有丰富的团队协作经验,能够高效协调国内及国际跨区域团队开展工作。
- 工作积极主动,对岗位职责具备强烈的主人翁意识,能够在跨职能协作场景中独立开展工作。
- 中英文流利,具备优秀的听说读写能力。
About the Team
The Nacelle Technology department within the Technology Nacelle module is a submodule with teams based in Spain, Denmark and India. The department is appr. 100 people in total and has a number of skilled Structural engineers and Structural designers, who work with developing and applying system model framework, and global level simulation tasks according to SGRE design practice. The department owns the responsibility of developing solutions for pitch and main bearings for geared and direct drive turbines, and drivetrain/ gearboxes for geared turbines
The department also supports all SGRE organisation for the full lifetime of the turbines including our own productions facilities.
