A Snapshot of Your Day 

In alignment with Siemens Energy's strategic objectives and the company's dedication to Lean development, we are on the lookout for a skilled End-to-End (E2E) Process Engineer to lead our Lean initiatives. This role is pivotal in championing Lean-related activities throughout the organization, with a focus on promoting a culture of continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  1. Collaborate with various departments to implement Lean methodologies and principles, including but not limited to 5S, waste identification, and problem-solving strategies, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) projects, facilitating Lean workshops, and driving other innovative efforts that contribute to process enhancements and organizational growth.
  3. Maintain rigorous 5S management to ensure workspaces are optimized for efficiency and compliance with Lean standards.
  4. Manage Lean project portfolios, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with Lean best practices.
  5. Perform Time Studies and evaluate TAKT time to align manufacturing processes with customer demands, aiming to optimize resource utilization and reduce lead times.
  6. Utilize Value Stream Mapping (VSM) techniques to analyze and redesign processes, identifying areas for improvement that will eliminate waste and increase value for both the company and customers.

What You Bring

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical field;
  • Fluent English.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, with hands-on involvement in process improvement and Lean implementation
  • Proven experience in applying Lean methodologies, such as:
  • Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
  • 5S and Visual Management
  • Waste identification & elimination (Muda)
  • Problem solving methods (e.g. 5Why, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Experience in leading or supporting Continuous Improvement (CIP) projects
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end process flow and bottleneck analysis
  • Hands-on experience in cross-functional improvement initiatives across departments

Preferred:

  • Experience in facilitating Lean workshops (e.g. VSM workshops, Kaizen events)
  • Experience in time study, TAKT time calculation and line balancing
  • Experience in Lean deployment in complex manufacturing environment (multi-product / low volume scenarios is a plus)
  • Experience in combining Lean with digital tools or systems (e.g. SAP / MES data usage for process improvement)
