A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Culture and Community Specialist, where you’ll be at the heart of our engagement and culture initiatives. Imagine crafting compelling messages that resonate across all levels of our organization, and developing engaging content for our social media platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete communication plans that enhance our employer branding. Your day will be filled with organizing internal events and employee engagement campaigns, all while monitoring the impact of our communication activities. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support and drive engagement and culture initiatives across the organization.
  • Create compelling content for internal multi-channel communication.
  • Contribute to driving communication plans with a focus on employer branding.
  • Develop engaging content for our social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication strategies.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in communications.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a creative and proactive approach.
  • Experience with social media platforms and project/event management.
