A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Bid Manager in our Gas Services division in Saudi Arabia, you will lead the overall process for Open Market Offerings, ensuring alignment with sales colleagues and project teams. Your role involves developing comprehensive technical proposals, analyzing customer requirements, and actively participating in negotiations, all while maintaining effective communication across diverse cultural backgrounds.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the bid process for Open Market Offerings within the sales organization.
  • Develop and coordinate technical proposals, incorporating commercial and legal aspects.
  • Support sales colleagues in the internal Limits of Authority (LoA) process.
  • Analyze customer requirements and collaborate on best-fitting strategies.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide technical product application assistance.
  • Conduct cost and risk assessments, finalizing documentation for project handover.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the Power Generation Sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Experience with Gas-Steam Turbines, Generators, and aftermarket services.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with project implementation and outage management.

About the Team:

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
