Siemens Energy offers an exceptional global Graduate Program for aspiring leaders and innovators, whether you are a recent graduate or have some work experience. Over two years, you will gain hands-on experience through three tailored assignments, including an eight-month international opportunity, while actively engaging in your team’s daily activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Participate in the Siemens Energy Graduate Program, contributing to the mission of energizing society by supporting customers in transitioning to a more sustainable world.
• Work on real global issues, developing solutions that create a direct impact on sustainability and energy efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and manage frameworks that include standardized processes, IT tools, and templates to enhance project execution.
• Communicate project progress and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

What You Bring 

• Significant practical work experience of up to 36 months, including knowledge gained from internships, working student activities, or employment.
• A master’s degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration in diverse environments.
• Experience in implementing new processes or managing internal improvement projects, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence.
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience acquired through studying or working, enhancing cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Excellent English skills for effective communication in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and mobility during the program.
