 How You’ll Make an Impact

Responsible for the quality control of product realization relevant process, to ensure the product's quality meet all requirements, manage the nonconformities in the product realization process, improve the quality performance of manufacturing process.

1. Control and inspect production process quality, deal with the NC products.

2. Using quality tools collect and analyze relevant data to provide support for improvement.

3. Develop and implement the quality improvement activities, supervise, and evaluate the effectiveness of measures.

4. Identify risks in the production process, use quality control methods to reduce the risk, control the stability of the production process.

5. Promote quality culture in the production process and train employees on all quality related issues and processes.

6. Other related work arranged by manager.

What You Bring

•  2-3 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing, transformer corresponding function is preferred.
• Experience in conducting manufacturing quality management, familiar with Siemens quality system.
• Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus
• Good communication skills, good command of English speaking is a plus.
