How You’ll Make an Impact
• Explore new energy field, including partnering, new supplier development, new technology explore, commodity strategy, etc.
• Focus field -PV, Energy Storage with focus on BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), and hydrogen.
• Commodity Strategies – develop China or global sourcing strategy on new energy field.
• Business development – work with sales, technology, quality and other cross-functional team to promote Siemens Energy in new field.  
• Monitor the markets worldwide to create a basis for deciding the optimum sourcing strategy and cooperate with the best suppliers
• Procurement strategies -- Define and implement Procurement strategies (which are not covered by Commodity strategies) based on conducted demand, market and supplier analysis to ensure long-term, cost-efficient and reliable on-time supply of materials in the required quality
• Negotiations -- Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium to high Purchasing Volumes.
• Supplier Management -- Support Supplier Management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency
• Customer -- Ensure a close cooperation with Internal (and external) Customers to ensure customer care and early involvement.

What You Bring  
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Preferably in multinational company global sourcing experience.
• Fluent English and Chinese communication
• Strong Influence capability.
• Strong initiative (self– starter), self-motivated and a quick learner.
• Ownership and results oriented
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong analytical background
