A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Graduate Engineer, embrace your role as part of a vibrant product development department involved in all aspects of bringing new products to market, from the initial concept through to product launch and is designed to develop your capabilities whilst exposing you to different aspects of real-world engineering.

You will have an individual training plan to aid you in developing the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. At the end of the program, you will be equipped with excellent knowledge to support you for your professional career within Siemens Energy.

What You Bring

• Graduated with a 2:2 degree or above in an Electrical or Mechanical engineering discipline.
• Are flexible, know how to connect with others and pride yourself on bringing positive, bright ideas to the team.
• Feel comfortable working and reporting at all levels of a multidisciplinary team
• Happy to challenge assumptions and generate imaginative and innovative ideas.
• It would be beneficial to have some understanding of product design, but it’s not essential.
