A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a working student, you support Siemens Energy’s global Technical Regulation & Standardization (TR&S) community. You work closely with the Head of TR&S and international experts, helping organize and maintain regulatory information, support global coordination, and contribute to the digitalization of TR&S processes and knowledge bases. You also help prepare meetings, workshops, and communication materials, gaining hands-on insight into how technical regulations influence market access and product development. Your work is flexible, combining remote work with time on site at our Berlin Huttenstraße location. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support of global TR&S community coordination, including preparation and organization of virtual and on‑site meetings, workshops, and trainings
  • Maintenance and enhancement of TR&S governance documentation, guidelines, and communication materials
  • Monitoring, structuring, and documentation of regulatory and standardization activities across business areas
  • Contribution to the digitalization of TR&S processes, including maintenance of central knowledge repositories and assurance of information accuracy and accessibility
  • Preparation of briefings, presentations, and summaries on regulatory changes, industry trends, and standardization topics
  • Support of stakeholder communication and follow‑up activities, including internal alignment, action tracking, data structuring, and process improvements
What You Bring
  • Enrollment in a university program, preferably in Engineering, Technical Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and curiosity for regulatory, technical, and organizational topics
  • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail, particularly when working with structured information, processes, and documentation
  • Confidence in digital collaboration tools and interest in knowledge management and process digitalization
  • Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with interest in tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, or other digital platforms as an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, along with a structured, reliable working style and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones
