A Snapshot of Your Day 

As our Working student you will be part of a small, international, and motivated team that deals with various global quality topics, supporting daily operations and driving digitization. Your responsibilities will include supporting the digitalization of our teams’ processes, running sanity checks, and supervising changes to keep everything on course. Envision using your knack for numbers and structure to streamline processes, plan and coordinate meetings and workshops, and support us in rolling out new initiatives. Every day, you’ll collaborate with dedicated and supportive colleagues, learn new tools and methods, and play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation. Your ideas and opinions will be valued, as they help us improve our operations daily. We emphasize flexibility in terms of topics, time, and location, with your workplace being both in home office and at our modern Siemens Energy Campus in Erlangen. There, you will also engage in personal exchanges with colleagues and build connections.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Become our go‑to supporter for the Enablon Audit Module, ensuring smooth and consistent user experience
  • Explore and master Enablon’s workflows, features, and tool logic
  • Help analyze and resolve incidents - from bugs to enhancement ideas
  • Support testing of new features and improvements
  • Create clear, user-friendly support guides, FAQs, and training materials
  • Contribute to making our digital audit processes smarter, faster, and more efficient
What You Bring
  • Current studies in any field
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with systems and data
  • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and interest in digital tools & process automation
  • Nice-to-have extras: experience with PowerBI, databases, PowerApps, or other BI/automation tools
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
