A Snapshot of your Day

As a Working Student with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will contribute to our mission of harnessing renewable energy. Your role will involve supporting project management tasks, service campaign planning, and providing remote assistance to the offshore site team.

You will engage in various administrative tasks, optimize documentation processes, and track the progress of the Annual Maintenance Campaign. Additionally, you will create work orders, request quotations for tools and materials, and organize crew changes to ensure smooth personnel transitions. Your analytical skills will be utilized in creating management reports and statistics to support the project management team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Work as part-time or vacation temporary help in different administrative tasks and operations
• Perform all operations, measures, activities, and tasks as assigned by accountable management or supervisor
• Learn and acquire respective theory and know-how, techniques, methods, tools, and processes in the respective area
• Optimize documentation processes and keep track of the progress of the Annual Maintenance Campaign
• Support the offshore site team by creating work orders, requesting quotations for tools and materials, ordering spare parts, and other supportive tasks
• Organize crew changes by informing affected parties, requesting and collecting on-signing documents, and having the full overview of the current status to ensure a smooth and effective replacement of personnel
• Create management reports, statistics, and other analyses to assist the project management team

What You Bring

• Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change
• You are an enrolled student of Business Administration, Renewable Energies, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar – please provide proof of student status (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) with your application
• First-hand experiences in analytics, supporting management, project management, business planning, or a consulting role through previous working positions would be nice to have
• You hold advanced MS Office Suite and SAP skills
• You are a team player, conscientious, accurate, and analytical, have customer service skills, a business background, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• You are fluent in German and English
