A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Working Student in Digital Content & Media Experience, you will help shape how knowledge is presented and accessed across our digital platforms. Your work will directly improve how users navigate content, learn through tutorials and benefit from modern, intuitive media formats.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Improve the SharePoint site experience by optimizing navigation, structure, and overall user friendliness
  • Create, revise and enhance how‑to guides and tutorials, turning complex topics into clear, engaging, user‑oriented content 
  • Produce visual tutorials using modern tools (e.g. Guidde or similar solutions) to make learning intuitive and efficient
  • Review, update and improve existing video content such as explainer and training videos, focusing on clarity and usability
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform knowledge into high‑quality digital media and learning content 

What You Bring
  • Enrolled student, preferably in Digital Media, Media Studies, Communication, Multimedia, UX/Content Design or a comparable field
  • Strong English skills, written and spoken
  • A creative mindset with a good sense for digital usability, structure and visual clarity 
  • Reliable and results‑oriented working style with a hands‑on attitude
  • Interest in digital platforms, content creation, tutorials and media‑based learning
  • First experience with SharePoint, content tools or video editing is a plus, but not required - curiosity and willingness to learn matter most
