We are looking for a dedicated Student Worker to support our Quality Document Coordination team in Gdansk or Vejle with a variety of tasks. Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to improve your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Supporting the quality documentation coordinator in delivering according to the Project-Master Documentation List and Quality Assurance index
• Performing checks on individual documents
• Collecting main component structures in SAP and creating equipment structures for Offshore Turbines.
• Extracting data from documentation and SAP using excel
• Implementing document transmittal in our document management system
• Develop machine learning models from scratch and Ad hoc improvement tasks (automatization of tasks mainly)
What You Bring
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (bachelor or master’s). Your educational background is not that important, what is important is that you are a great teammate and that you meet the requirements below.
To be successful in this role, you have/are:
• Have a keen curiosity about Processes and Documentation, as well as in developing tools to automatize some tasks, a good understanding of SAP/ERP systems
• Solid understanding using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and must be Fluent in English (Experience in building pivot tables and reports for instance)
• Familiar with and/or have a keen curiosity about IT systems used for Documentation Management
• Proficient in Macro programming, Python and SQL
• Experience with AI, JIRA or other software development management applications and experience in visualizing data for user consumption
• An eye for details and are well-structured and ability to Work independently, comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Beware, we are looking for a student worker who is able to come into the office in Gdansk once a week.
