We are looking for a motivated and creative Student Worker to join our Operational Process Management department within the Onshore Execution team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student with a background in Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Marketing who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Department Communication plan development
• Design and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, internal documents, and reporting templates
• Maintain a process portfolio to compile key information
• Manage and update the department's document site
• Serve as Community Manager for platforms such as Viva engage
• Support on process implementation change management
• Support in the coordination and deployment of trainings, e-learnings, and qualifications across various processes and regions in a uniform manner

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies within Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Marketing
• You have a structured approach to your work and can handle simultaneous assignments
• You are tech savvy and passionate about learning new systems and tools
• You are an experienced user of Office 365 and SharePoint
• Interest in communication
• Excellent command of English
• You have an overall positive attitude
• Passion for renewable energy
• You are a great teammate who brings positive, service-minded energy to the team
• You like to work with IT tools and standardized processes
• You deliver your tasks punctually
