Snapshot of Your Day

In this part‑time student role, you will support the Lean, Planning & Standards team within the Offshore Wind Installation & Commissioning department. Your work enhances the team's efficiency through dedicated operational and administrative support across procurement, financial administration, process optimization, and lean activities. You will contribute to key workflows while gaining hands‑on experience with operational excellence principles. This role is ideal for a currently enrolled student with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and SharePoint. An interest in project management and continuous improvement will help you thrive in this position.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Provide analytical and structural support for lean initiatives, operational improvements, and standardization activities.
  • Assist with project management tasks to help maintain quality standards, timelines, and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage Purchase Orders throughout their lifecycle, including follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate vendor creation and extension processes and ensure accurate invoice tracking and verification.
  • Support documentation, SharePoint maintenance, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Contribute to the preparation of Management Summary Reports and provide coverage during the Team Assistant’s absence.

What You Bring

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interest in lean principles, operational improvement, and project management methodologies.
  • Technical proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical thinking, data management capabilities, and process‑oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
