A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student, you will assist with a variety of financial and cost allocation tasks related to Corporate Functions across all Siemens Energy entities around the globe. This role will involve supporting our team in ensuring timely booking and efficiency in our processes, following established guidelines and procedures.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Support Business Administration activities as part of the Business Operations Team, focusing on automation and improvement
  • Learn how to use SAP for creating journal entries, issuing invoices, checking payment statuses etc. and understand the financial processes behind these tasks
  • Contribute to creating Internal Service Agreements, as a contractual basis between different legal entities within Siemens Energy
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, Excel Macros and RPA robots
  • Proactive quality management in reporting and ensure strict compliance with corporate guidelines and standards

What You Bring
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or related fields
  • Strong interest in IT and digital tools, with a curiosity about improving processes
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, meticulous approach
  • Willingness to learn advanced MS Office (especially Excel and Power Apps) and UiPath programming
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
