A snapshot of your Day

The position is critical for managing and resolving customer warranty claims and external non-conformities (NCRs), directly supporting product quality standards and maintaining customer satisfaction. To address this, the role focuses on three core areas: Warranty & Non-Conformance Management, Stakeholder Communication & Coordination, and Quality Data Analysis & Reporting. This structure ensures a comprehensive approach, from initial claim intake and root cause analysis through to client resolution and systemic process improvement. Given the focus on technical product issues and client management, the ideal candidate will possess significant project management experience in a manufacturing quality environment. Essential requirements include deep knowledge of quality tools, such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis, and proven skills in customer negotiation and leading cross-functional teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Manage the end-to-end warranty process, including material replacement, arranging service visits, and handling the disposition of customer equipment.
    • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for all external non-conformities (NCRs) to identify and address underlying issues.
    • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans based on investigation findings.
    • Ensure all NCRs are documented, tracked, and followed up on across all organizational levels.
  • 30% Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty claims and non-conformance status, providing continuous updates.
    • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, logistics) to formulate and deliver timely responses and solutions to clients.
    • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve conflicts related to warranty issues.
    • Generate and distribute formal non-conformance reports to clients for confirmation and status tracking.
  • 20% Performance Reporting & Process Improvement
    • Generate, analyze, and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) such as NCC After Delivery, Claims, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
    • Utilize quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Statistical Process Control) and SAP to monitor trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, root cause analyses, and closure summaries for all warranty cases.
