As part of the Treasury & Corporate Finance Back office team, you'll be an integral character of a dynamic department, engaging in diverse tasks encompassing trade finance, cash management, and FX risk management. How You’ll Make an Impact

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team and engage in a range of significant responsibilities, including:

  • Bank Account Administration, liquidity processes.
  • Deal confirmation and deal settlement with banks.
  • Administration of FX contracts, administration of banks documentation and processes.
  • Tender rates approvals.
  • Maintain internal controls for treasury operations, collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
  • Local administration treasury management systems / Trainings.

What You Bring

  • Your passion for finance and business, complemented by your current enrolment in or completion of a degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advance Excel knowledge, being able to support macros developments or updates.
  • A solid grasp of key concepts in treasury and corporate finance, coupled with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting.
  • Tableau and Alteryx knowledge desired, showcasing your analytical prowess.
  • Your innate curiosity about banking procedures and regulations, will make you an asset to our team.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Your ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks and delivering exceptional results.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

About the Team

In this role, you would join a dynamic multicultural regional team that works closely with the entire America region. This is a solid growing team of Treasury experts willing to learn and share knowledge and feel entrusted and encouraged to positively impact Siemens Energy and our society.

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of an EPC contract involving construction and building works in a multi-contractor environment. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Completion and comment on design reviews for all disciplines,
  • Completion of all pre-construction planning documentation, providing inputs and expertise. Preparation and planning associated with Site Mobilization, including Site trailer set up. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Work closely and coordinate Site based Siemens Energy team members, incl. but not limited to Document Manager, Project Engineer, Supervisors, Commissioning Personnel
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule in a safe manner, within budget, and quality requirements, Promote the Zero Harm policies in everyday life while on the project,
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements,

What You Bring 

  • Experience 6 – 10 years working on EPC contracts involving construction and building works in a multi-contractor environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques and principles, as well as safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proficient in project/construction management software and tools.
  • The drive and enthusiasm to proactively handle all issues, matters and challenges on the project site.
  • OSHA 30 safety training.
  • Willingness and availability to travel for long durations.
