A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine starting your day with a small group of eager trainees, ready to learn about our advanced switchgear systems with a voltage level exceeding 145 kV. You will lead dynamic training courses that blend theoretical knowledge with practical applications, lasting anywhere from two to 15 days. This is your opportunity to share valuable construction site experiences and play a crucial role in the qualification process of our trainees. On days without training sessions, you will focus on enhancing training content and exploring innovative uses of digital media to enrich the learning experience.

  • As a valued contact person for our Blue and SF6 portfolio, you will be a key resource for trainees and customers alike.
What You Bring to the Table

  • You excel in working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • You possess strong GIS installation knowledge, enabling you to deliver high-quality training.
  • Your confident written and spoken English skills allow you to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • You have the ability to develop training materials independently, ensuring they are relevant and engaging for trainees.
  • A background as a plant mechanic, in mechanical engineering, or a comparable field equips you with the technical expertise needed for this role.
