Join a top-tier team at Siemens Energy, a leader in innovative Grid Solutions like Synchronous Condensers, STATCOMs, and Fixed Series Capacitors. As Tender Manager, you'll support proposals and collaborate closely with Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management, reporting to the Head of Tender Management for North America.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·         Create and manage competitive proposals for Grid Solutions FACTS projects, ensuring alignment with EPC market demands and technical feasibility.

·         Write and edit proposal content while collaborating with global teams, including Siemens Energy Germany and supply chain partners, to deliver complete bid packages.

·         Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, terminology, and customer operations to tailor solutions effectively.

·         Align Siemens Energy’s full portfolio of products and services with customer goals, validating all technical aspects of bids.

·         Use critical thinking to solve complex, cross-functional challenges and stay ahead of competition in the Grid Solutions Utility market.

What You Bring

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required; Electrical Engineering and/or Master’s degree preferred.

·         Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Grid Solutions Utilities, with knowledge of customers and competitors.

·         Proven track record in managing and delivering large programs, including self-perform work execution.

·         Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and business goals; skilled in both technical and business communication.

  • Effective team player with strong organizational skills, able to thrive in fast-paced environments and travel as needed.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
