A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic transformation, productivity improvement, footprint development, and operational excellence initiatives across the global Switchgear factory network. The role combines strong project management capabilities with Lean expertise to drive sustainable business improvements and support network growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
· Lead strategic productivity, footprint development, industrialization, and network optimization projects.
· Drive Lean transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs across factories.
· Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure delivery of business objectives, timelines, and benefits.
· Conduct value stream mapping, operational assessments, and Kaizen workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
· Support capacity expansion, factory transfers, and growth readiness activities.
· Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive management reporting.
· Standardize best practices and operational excellence methodologies across the network.
Success Measures
· Sustainable productivity and cost improvements.
· Successful execution of strategic transformation projects.
· Improved capacity utilization, throughput, and operational performance.
· Delivery of footprint development and industrialization objectives.
· Adoption of Lean and Operational Excellence standards.
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
· 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, project management, or operational excellence.
· Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformation projects.
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
· Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
