A Snapshot of Your Day

As Team Lead – Sales Distributed in Thailand, you will guide and develop a team of
client managers and sales professionals while overseeing key accounts and driving
business performance. You will play a key role in shaping market strategy, building
strong customer relationships and contributing as part of the country leadership team.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead and develop the Sales Distributed team, including day-to-day coordination, capability development, and task allocation to achieve business targets.
  • Oversee sales pipeline, fleet coverage and order entry activities for the Gas Services Distributed business in Thailand, supporting growth across product lines.
  • Manage key customer relationships, driving an account management approach within the team and reflect the customer voice throughout our organization.
  • Support pricing decisions with consideration for competitiveness, cost, and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to align expectations, improve processes, and drive sales excellence and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and market evaluation while supporting sustainable and transparent business growth.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in complex or matrix organizations, ideally within rotating equipment or aftermarket industries.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams to support business objectives over time.
  • Familiarity with project or service execution and contract management within relevant industries (preferred).
  • Strong customer focus, with an organized approach to pipeline management, collaboration, and supporting business priorities.
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
