A Snapshot of Your Day

You will lead a team of the Instrumentation and Control Commissioning Group which is working on worldwide projects. By commissioning the Siemens Energy scope on large scale projects i.e., world class and low emission Power Plants, Grid Stabilizing Systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems you actively contribute to the energy transition. In our multinational team, you will be responsible for development and technical guidance for your commissioning engineers. You will ensure the high quality of our services and contribute to continuous product improvement through close collaboration with our engineering teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Leading a multinational team of Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine Instrumentation, Control and Governor commissioning engineers, including close coordination with project teams to effectively allocate personnel to international assignments
• Providing technical guidance to your team for gas and steam turbine packages in combined cycle power plants from initial site activities through handover to the customer
• Coordination of our global internal and external personnel providers
• Close collaboration with Gas and Steam Turbine Engineering teams

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering as for example Automation, Electronics, Robotics or Control Engineering (BSc or MSc) and professional experience gained through several years of work this field
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Self-sufficient, independent, quality-oriented personality
• Team player mindset, excellent adaptability and openness to other cultures
• Business fluent German and fluent English
• Driving license class B (Germany)

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
