We are currently seeking a motivated, tech savvy talent acquisition professional and leader to work with business leaders to attract, source, assess, and hire the best people to meet the needs of the business. The position will be hybrid and based Querétaro, México.


 How You’ll Make an Impact 

* Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborates closely with U.S. Business Unit leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with strategic goals and job requirements.

* Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution: Manages the end-to-end hiring process using Avature ATS, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

* Market & Community Engagement: Builds expertise in the energy sector and fosters relationships with local technical schools and military transition programs to attract talent.

* Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Champions inclusive hiring by ensuring diverse candidate pipelines for all roles.

* Training & Candidate Assessment: Trains stakeholders on recruitment processes and tools, and evaluates candidates through phone and video interviews, providing structured feedback.


 What You Bring 

*Education & Experience: Holds a bachelor’s degree and brings over 4-6 years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in high-volume hiring for hourly, manufacturing, or skilled-labor roles, Advanced Level of English.

* Talent Sourcing Skills: Proficient in sourcing and networking through various platforms, especially LinkedIn.

* Community Engagement: Skilled at building relationships with local communities, schools, and organizations to attract talent.

* Team & Client Collaboration: Demonstrated success in dynamic team settings, with a strong track record of building business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

* Technical & Compliance Proficiency: Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office; adept at handling confidential HR information.
