A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in the Product Change Management (PCM) team at Siemens Energy, your day will involve providing essential support for internal projects and processes, specifically contributing to the Engineering Change Management (ECM) Roadmap. You will engage in various tasks, from updating documentation to preparing materials for community meetings and newsletters. Your role will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, where you will contribute to cross-functional projects and gain insights into the operational aspects of a global organization.
The position is part-time, requiring 15-25 hours per week, with flexible working hours that can accommodate your schedule.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process area by updating and maintaining documentation such as guides, annexes, and Delegation of Authority (DA) matrices.
- Assist with internal Product Change Management (PCM) projects that contribute to the strategic ECM Roadmap.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, and other materials for Process Expert Community meetings and similar forums.
- Draft, format, and prepare process updates for distribution, such as the ECM Newsletter.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Communication.
- A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. You value collaboration and sparring with the team.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Curiosity about process management, technology, or corporate communication.
