A Snapshot of Your Day
Optimizing procurement of materials and services which is required to maintain a high level of delivery capability and delivery reliability with cost-effective manufacturing, short throughput times and a low capital tie-in. 

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Undertaking material & market & supplier analyses, expediting purchasing and supply sources in order to guarantee timely availability of materials.
  • Undertaking monitoring of inventory levels for maintaining, investing and undertaking intelligent logistical management in order to guarantee high supply levels with minimum inventories in a cost-effective way.
  • Lead supplier qualification process until supplier Frame agreement finish. Involve supplier into Sourcing pool and keep monitoring performance and risk management.
  • Work together with each SQMs for Common Audit/Release/Reject report. Any release/reject report has to be finalized based on joint-decision
  • Operating or supporting a active supplier management scheme by passing on information in order to obtain the best performance from suppliers.
  • Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface partners and forwarding all relevant information in order to keep themselves and others informed and create an optimum logistics chain.
  • Participating in working groups to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert influence accordingly.  
  • For responsible material fields, perform supplier Selection/evaluation/risk management etc
  • Tracing the NCR and request for further improvement.
  • Participation in TP China Procurement Network and SE SCM and share best practices & knowledge.

What You Bring  
  • Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus.
  • Major in automation or electrical-mechanic etc.
  • Good command of English speaking
  • 3-5 years working in logistics of in related functional areas 
  • International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a must. 
  • Experience in international working environment is a must
  • Having worked in a different country is a plus.
