How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will engineer control and processes for the Instrumentation & Control systems in steam, combined cycle power plants, and renewables.
  • Implement and modify instrumentation and control logics, including hardware interfaces and HMIs according to customer specifications.
  • Manage customer expectations and coordinate project-specific concepts with internal and external engineering partners.
  • Complete software functionality tests and optimally solve issues.
  • Establish close relationships with our internal partners located in other countries.


What You Bring

  • A successfully completed technical degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, power engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in systems automation and/or development of logic controllers.
  • Strong knowledge in general electrical engineering and power engineering is important, with experience in the power plant sector being a plus.
  • Familiarity with process automation and/or electrical engineering in turbine control technology is advantageous; Experience with SPPA/Omnivise T3000, SIMATIC, PCS7, S7, or Ladder Logic is a plus.
  • Maintaining focus to ensure high-quality work while adapting to various projects, teams, partners, and workload fluctuations is crucial, along with being proactive and innovative.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to approximately 30%) and possessing good English skills for effective collaboration in an international team are necessary.


About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
