Snapshot Of Your Day

As part of our dedicated service team, you will take responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) wind turbines. We are looking for both experienced Troubleshooters and Service Technicians with a strong ambition to grow into this role.

You can expect a varied range of tasks, a supportive team culture, and continuous development opportunities. Your goal: deliver excellent service while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Perform service work on wind turbines
  • Implement modifications and upgrades on turbines, towers, or foundations
  • Lead and support troubleshooting and service teams for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  • Actively promote safety leadership in the turbine and wind farm, including proper reporting of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, time bookings, and risk assessments and contribute to the development of work instructions, method statements, and toolbox talks
  • Mentor and develop technician competencies (SGRE and customer technicians) and ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements

What Do You Bring
  • Ability to transfer by helicopter for crew change and/or troubleshooting. Offshore capability is mandatory
  • For Service Technicians: Experience on the DD platform or comparable systems, with a strong ambition to develop into a Troubleshooter
  • For Troubleshooters: Several years of experience as a Trouble Shooter/Advanced Technician, ideally on the DD platform or similar systems
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in creating risk assessments and method statements and practical experience with MS Office, MORS, and remote diagnostic tools
  • Strong team player with leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure and customer focus and professional behavior are essential
  • Fluent in Polish and English
