Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician / Junior Service Engineer, where you will immerse yourself in the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. You will work closely with your supervisor, following their guidance to execute tasks effectively on-site while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. As you assist in coordinating with project managers and stakeholders, you will gain valuable insights into project specifications and timelines. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead  thorough inspections of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Assist in conducting functional and performance testing of mechanical systems, using specialized equipment to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety.
• Identify and document discrepancies, learning to propose actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on inspection and testing activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring clear communication with project stakeholders.

What You Bring

• You have a minimum of secondary technical education or relevant professional experience, welcoming both graduates and seasoned professionals.
• Communicative English skills, enabling you to thrive in our international environment.
• Willingness to travel for projects outside Poland, lasting from a few days to several months, demonstrates your commitment to professional growth.
• Eager to learn the practical principles of steam turbines and generators, showcasing your passion for the field.

Our Transformation of Industry division is at the forefront of decarbonizing the industrial sector. With a focus on increasing electrification and efficiency, we are poised to meet the rising demand for green hydrogen and derivative fuels. Our mission is to enable the decarbonization of the industrial sector through sustainable processes, leveraging a robust industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.

As a global hub, we have been supporting German PCC projects worldwide since 2008. We specialize in servicing, new installations, and commissioning of steam turbines for the Nuremberg and Mulheim fleets. Our expertise spans machine trains generating between 20 MW and 250 MW, delivering reliable and efficient energy solutions across diverse applications.
