A Snapshot of Your Day
You start the day with a team meeting to discuss priorities and review events from the previous day, along with any updates on active cases. Depending on the nature of the cases you manage, you hold internal meetings with other departments and alignment sessions with customers or service partners. You also coordinate ongoing repairs in the production area and participate in root cause analysis with multi-functional teams. If vital, you prepare reports for both internal use and for your customers. There are days when you primarily travel within Europe to visit customers, service partners, or to attend ongoing projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Managing the potential claims from the customers, after delivery of the transformers
- Coordinating the repair activities of the damaged or failed units
- Giving technical assistance to the customers regarding our products
- Participation in projects
- Support on-site activities
- Constant contact with the customers and all the internal peers
- Preparation of Service-, Problem solving methods (eg.: 8D)
- Checking and maintaining of the service database
- Checking the service-related SAP stocks and bookings
- Failure and cost statistic preparation (SAP, MS Office)
- Preparation and conducting Service Partner audits
- Close cooperation with the production and quality departments
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Hungarian; knowledge of German is a plus
- 1-3 years production related experience
- Risk evaluation and problem-solving skill
- Sensitivity to evaluate the complaint classification
- SAP, MS Office knowledge
- Quality tool knowledge (8D, Ishikawa, 5why, Pareto)
- Knowledge of repair activities and industrial requirement is an advantage
- Demonstrates a confident demeanor and thrives in team settings, with a proven ability to handle stress optimally.
- Willingness to travel, flexibility (20%)
- “B” category driver’s licence

The team currently has five members: two technicians, one engineer, one coordinator and one leader.
