Join us in envisioning the future of Siemens Energy! You will structure and drive the analysis that facilitates board decisions on essential portfolio and technology questions. By leading crucial strategy program assignments with your team, you actively shape the company’s success today. You will orchestrate how decisions are made towards our strategy throughout the year, ensuring a clear path forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Drive strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact
  • Inspire senior management with compelling ideas on where to take the company
  • Continuously shape a yearly program to engage with the board on the future of the industry and Siemens Energy positioning
  • Manage and steer multiple stakeholders in the company`s strategy process, e.g. business area strategy and regional hubs
  • Monitor progress on crucial transformation initiatives deriving corrective actions
  • Build a strong network of industry thought leaders to sensor upcoming shifts
What You Bring
  • Excellent university degree in Engineering Natural Sciences Business Administration or a related field such as Master MBA or PhD
  • Several years of professional experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
  • Inspiring personality with strong ownership mindset and the ability to drive change
  • Collaborative approach to complex projects in dynamic and diverse environments
  • Strong communication skills in English combined with AI literacy and stakeholder management up to board level
About the Team

We are a growing team of strategy and energy enthusiasts with backgrounds in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and business management. Based in our Berlin headquarters, we work closely with the Executive Board and Business Areas to shape the strategic direction of Siemens Energy and its role in the global energy transition. We combine high ambition with a strong commitment to personal development and future leadership growth.
